12-Van Fleet Livery Refresh — Trafford Park

The brief

A logistics operator based in Trafford Park was rebranding and needed twelve vans — a mix of long-wheelbase and box vans — re-liveried to the new identity, with Chapter 8 chevron panels added to four vehicles used on active work sites.

What we did

Rather than block-booking the fleet, we scheduled one van at a time through the workshop so the operator never lost more than a single vehicle from the road. Full wraps were printed and laminated in-house, templated from CAD drawings taken from each van’s exact panel dimensions rather than a generic template, so cut lines sat cleanly around door shuts, fuel caps and reflective strips.

Result

All twelve vans were completed inside five weeks with zero missed delivery days attributed to the wrap schedule. The four Chapter 8 vehicles passed their site compliance checks on first inspection.
