Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (Contact, Get a Quote, or the sidebar quote form) we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, and any project details or messages you enter. We don't collect this information anywhere else on the site; browsing manchesta.co.uk without submitting a form doesn't send us any personal data.
How we use it
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry — to arrange a survey, provide a quote, or answer a question. We don't use this data for marketing without separate, explicit consent, and we don't sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor for this specific purpose; no other third-party services currently receive personal data submitted through this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where a job proceeds, for the duration of that working relationship plus a reasonable period for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete data we hold on you at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@manchesta.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
