Example project. This case study illustrates a typical Manchesta commercial signage job and is representative content for Phase 1 of the site. It will be replaced or supplemented with verified client case studies as they’re supplied.
The brief
A builders’ merchant relocating to a retail park unit in Stockport needed a fascia sign that would read clearly from the dual carriageway approach, day and night — without breaching the retail park’s landlord illumination cap.
What we did
We surveyed the unit, confirmed the fascia’s load capacity and the landlord’s signage covenant, then proposed 600mm halo-lit 3D built-up letters in brushed aluminium with a low-glare LED halo rather than a full-face illuminated tray — enough presence for the approach road, within the lux limit the landlord’s management company required.
CAD proofs went back to the client within 24 hours of survey. Manufacture took nine working days; install was completed overnight to avoid disrupting trade counter hours.
Result
The finished fascia reads clearly from both carriageway directions after dark, passed the landlord’s illumination sign-off first time, and the client has since ordered matching wayfinding signage for the yard entrance.
